Excited to be back in the studio starting this week! If we're not out playing around town much right now it's because we're working hard over at Wild Sound. Steve Kaul has been fantastic to work with on pre-production - this is going to be fun. Meanwhile, applications are in for a bunch of summer festivals and music in the parks. If the weird warm weather keeps up we might be rehearsing outside before too long. Stay tuned for new gig dates down the road.
Footfalltag:www.footfallmusic.com,2005:Post/42603312016-07-01T21:07:28-05:002020-01-31T01:40:48-06:00Radio | Gig UpdatesJuly 1, 2016

Footfall loves radio! A fabulous surprise just landed in the info@footfallmusic.com mailbox with a playlist from ISA Radio in France. They continue to spin five tracks from "Running Toward the Moon." We are having a lot of amour for Mike the Frenchy and his cool show which can be found here. This is also reflected in Euro-hits on the website, a really fun treat to see. We know other stations still have us in the line-up too ... such crazy fun!

For Twin Cities locals - or anyone else - who can make it to the live show on October 24 in St. Paul we'll be playing some new originals. We're feeling like one of these will be an important track on the next CD ... but will let time and listeners tell! The set lists have been overhauled so regulars can look forward to a fresh show -- and plenty of the same, good old jokes.

Which leads us to the last newsbit ... we'll be back in the studio shortly! We're on track for a spring release with a bunch of originals and a few smokin' hot covers. Let's just say sometimes Jim's slide heats up to where he's just gotta take a break. Cannot wait to lay these tracks down and invite a few guests into the studio for instrumental parts.

Life as a Footfallian is good.
